This app is in beta: it’s live and ready to use, and some of its services are still being completed. Below is every claim on its Home and where it stands.

What the Home says, checked against the app — 7 backed · 6 partly · 2 not verified · 2 new since the last check

  • Backed by the appScanned receipts are read with AI and itemised line by line (line-item extraction).
  • Backed by the appEvery captured receipt or document lands in a scans inbox where it waits for a person to allocate it.
  • Partly livewas backedReceipts can be sent to the inbox (e.g. by email) to be read automatically, without retyping. Why: Receipts can be emailed into the inbox, but none of the files shown read a receipt or turn it into an expense without retyping. The only extraction shown is for e-transfer and payment notices, and expense application is a manual task.
  • Backed by the appExpenses can be recorded manually without scanning.
  • Partly livewas backedEach receipt line can be allocated to a work order, a catalogue item, or a tax line. Why: Catalogue and tax allocation work, but the work-order allocation is just a free-typed number on a catalogue record, not a link to the actual service order.
  • Backed by the appScanned lines are matched into the tenant's existing catalogues so a line becomes a real part or category rather than free text.
  • Backed by the appApproval and reimbursement state is stored on the expense record.
  • Partly liveApproved expenses post to Books under the division that spent them. Why: Only reimbursable claims are posted here; posting of ordinary company-paid expenses is said to be done by Books (mapExpense/expenseToBooks), which is not shown.
  • Partly liveFuel lines can be allocated to a specific truck, parts to the work order, and tax lines to tax. Why: Tax-to-tax allocation exists, but no code allocates a line to a specific truck, and parts go to the catalogue rather than a real work order.
  • Partly liveNEWThe flow is three steps: photograph, allocate each line, then approve and it posts automatically to Books. Why: Photographing and allocating work, but automatic posting on approval is shown only for reimbursable claims; company expenses depend on Books code that is not shown.
  • Backed by the appThe module uses the same tenant identity, permissions and shared records as the rest of AppSite.
  • Backed by the appNEWExpenses runs in a Desk pane alongside a second module.
  • Partly livewas not backedScanning, the inbox, allocation and posting to Books are included in every AppSite plan. Why: Paid Pro and Enterprise tiers can include Expenses, but the code gates it at the pro tier and excludes trial plans, so it is not part of every plan.
  • Not checked yetExpenses is in the recommended module set for 7 of 19 industries. Why: Content, not code: an industry-recommendation count.
  • Not checked yetThe related course and certificate are included free and open in Training. Why: Content, not code: claims about specific courses and certificates in Training.

Checked Oct 17, 2026, 6:05 a.m. against build 1.4.505 (9c9b8dd). Cyber Check reads the Home a visitor sees, then compares every claim on it with the code of the build that is serving it — a label or a screenshot is not evidence; working code is. It also checks every link, HTTPS, shipped secrets, DNS, the public page, and the registry — then the other way: what the app offers that its Home never says. After a full first pass, it rechecks each app on any night its code, its build or its Home changed.
