This app is in beta: it’s live and ready to use, and some of its services are still being completed. Below is every claim on its Home and where it stands.

  • Backed by the appNEWSending an invoice stamps the originating work order as prepaid or still to bill, so nothing is billed twice or forgotten.
  • Partly liveAn invoice is posted to Books (revenue and tax) the moment it is sent. Why: The invoice picks its revenue and tax accounts from Books, but no code shown writes a ledger entry when the invoice is sent.
  • Partly liveInvoice numbers are issued sequentially with no gaps. Why: Numbers are sequential within a day and never duplicated, but a deleted invoice's number is deliberately never reused, so gaps can occur.
  • Backed by the appwas partly backedEvery invoice line posts to an income account on the master chart of accounts.
  • Backed by the appInvoice postings are scoped to the division that earned the revenue.
  • Partly liveNEWAn invoice can be built from a work order, booking or quote, with labour, parts and sublet lines already priced instead of retyped. Why: Building an invoice from a work order works, but no quote or booking source and no sublet lines exist, and quoted lines are explicitly dropped.
  • Partly liveInvoice customers come from the shared contact record, so an address corrected once is corrected everywhere. Why: Customers come from the shared CRM record, but each invoice stores its own copy of the customer, so a later address correction is not shown to reach invoices already saved.
  • Backed by the appA new contact can be created mid-invoice without leaving the invoice screen.
  • Partly liveInvoices are paid through the Payments module, with net, fee and tax posted and the invoice closed. Why: Payments close the invoice, but the net, fee and tax postings are not done here and would be the Payments module's job.
  • Partly liveThe customer sees the same invoice in the customer portal. Why: The portal has a working invoice list and payment flow, but the code that loads the invoices (fetchMyInvoices) and the single-invoice view page are not shown, so I cannot confirm the portal reads the same invoice records the Invoices module writes.
  • Backed by the appThe dashboard shows what is outstanding.
  • Partly liveStaff can create, send and track invoices in a Desk pane alongside a second module. Why: Creating, sending and tracking invoices works, but running in a Desk pane beside another module is not shown.
  • Backed by the appThe module uses the same tenant identity, permissions and shared records as the rest of AppSite.
  • Not checked yetInvoices, posting to Books and payment through Payments are included in every AppSite plan and workspace. Why: Content, not code: this is a plan and pricing statement.
  • On the wayNEWThe page shows recommended modules per industry, e.g. 11 for Auto Parts & Service. Why: None of the files shown contains an industry picker or module recommendations, and the count of 11 is content.
  • Not checked yetCourses and the AppSite OPS Certificate are included free and open in Training. Why: Content, not code: this names specific courses and a certificate.
  • Partly liveNEWThe beta panel reports how many listed features are live, the build and its compliance percentages, and lets visitors report an issue. Why: The live-feature count, build and compliance percentages are rendered from the verdict feed, but issue reporting is not done here and is only a link to the Cybersecurity module's record page.

Checked Oct 15, 2026, 8:58 a.m. against build 1.4.536 (64dc375). Cyber Check reads the Home a visitor sees, then compares every claim on it with the code of the build that is serving it — a label or a screenshot is not evidence; working code is. It also checks every link, HTTPS, shipped secrets, DNS, the public page, and the registry — then the other way: what the app offers that its Home never says. After a full first pass, it rechecks each app on any night its code, its build or its Home changed.
