  • Backed by the appwas partly backedThe acquisition report credits each visitor to the page they first landed on, and treats a flow run handed on to a next flow as the same person continuing rather than a new entry.
  • Backed by the appAcquisition tracks four funnel stages (view, request, confirmed flow entry, join) and shows the ratios between them, including view→request and request→confirm per landing page.
  • Backed by the appFlow reporting shows entered, handed off, running, complete and joined counts for every flow, with headline figures counting people rather than runs.
  • Backed by the appNEWLanding pages are ranked by joins rather than views.
  • Backed by the appAcquisition shows discovery points, meaning which button was pressed on which page.
  • Backed by the appAcquisition shows referrers, meaning where visitors came from.
  • Backed by the appThe Activity view shows events by module, action and user, plus every module deploy with its version.
  • Backed by the appService managers see billed and non-billed labour hours by technician and by category, and every labour line with op code, estimate, actual hours, rate and revenue earned.
  • Backed by the appThe dashboard counts and sums service orders, invoices and revenue, expenses, purchase orders, appointments and bookings.
  • Backed by the appUsers pick a period of the last 30, 90 or 365 days or all time, and the same choice applies on every page.
  • Backed by the appWhen a report cannot read its data, it says so instead of showing zero.
  • Backed by the appReports & Analytics is read-only: it aggregates what other modules wrote and never changes a record.
  • Backed by the appService, Invoice, Expenses, Purchasing, Scheduling and Bookings records are read directly with no export step needed.
  • Backed by the appReports present results as KPIs, charts and tables.
  • Partly liveUsers can build role-aware dashboards and reports across customers, service, schedules, billing, purchasing, expenses and other connected records. Why: There is no dashboard or report builder, no role-based variation of reports, and no customer/CRM reporting; only fixed reports exist.
  • Partly liveThe module provides date and status filters. Why: A date-period filter exists, but no status filter appears anywhere in the report pages.
  • On the wayThe module provides export and sharing of reports. Why: None of the report pages or the data layer offers export (CSV/PDF) or sharing.
  • Backed by the appNEWThe module provides cross-module dashboards and revenue and KPI tracking.
  • Backed by the appThe module uses the same tenant identity, permissions and shared records as the rest of AppSite.
  • On the wayReports & Analytics is included with every AppSite workspace. Why: The entitlement code gates this module to the enterprise tier unless overridden, which contradicts 'every workspace'.
  • Backed by the appIn the Desk, Reports & Analytics runs in a pane with a second module beside it.
  • Not checked yetThe Cyber Check reports 17 of 24 features live, build 1.3.382, and platform compliance percentages for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and PIPEDA.Why: Content, not code: the specific feature counts, build number and compliance percentages are data, not behaviour.
  • Partly liveVisitors can report an issue from the Cyber Check panel. Why: The panel only links out to the Cybersecurity record page; any actual issue reporting would be performed there, not in this module.

Checked Oct 13, 2026, 9:51 a.m. against build 1.3.382 (21a18b8). Cyber Check reads the Home a visitor sees, then compares every claim on it with the code of the build that is serving it — a label or a screenshot is not evidence; working code is. It also checks every link, HTTPS, shipped secrets, DNS, the public page, and the registry — then the other way: what the app offers that its Home never says. After a full first pass, it rechecks each app on any night its code, its build or its Home changed.
